• ALL TENTS REQUIRE 10 POUND WEIGHTS OR SANDBAGS SECURED PER LEG A TOTAL OF 40 POUNDS. No exceptions.
• There is no refund, cancellation or rescheduling policy.
• Upon arrival you will be directed to your assigned space. Your spot has been predetermined and is not negotiable.
• Please pull into your space, unload quickly (15 min) and then move your car to park it off site. Please do not set up your space, only unload. No setting up tents or racks during drop off. No exceptions.
• It is required that all tents/canopy/umbrella must be weighted and secured with 10 lbs per leg due to high wind. It is required to bring your own sandbags or weights for your tents. We do not provide them. Secure sandbags/weights on first before setup. You are liable for all incidents, risk, personal injury and loss of property from your canopy, tent or umbrella. You are responsible for carrying appropriate insurance. 10 LBS PER LE, 40 IN TOTAL.
• Any vendor without weights or sandbags secured to their tent will be asked to take down tent no exceptions.
• NO SMOKING – Go off lot
• NO ALCOHOL GO OFF LOT
• You will be able to bring your car back into the market area to load your things at the end of (but not before) the market’s load out hour. You will need to pack all tables’ chairs, tent or umbrella before you drive in to load. We are trying to facilitate a speedy load out.
• Zero waste trash policy, what you bring in please take out. No trash left behind.
• No trash in Port A Jon toilets, no exception.
• All music and speakers need to be in the back of space and contained to your space.

I understand all of the rules above and take on all liability and responsibility for my vehicle while it is on the lot of the fleamarket. I assume all liability as the driver of my vehicle. I assume all responsibility and liability of my actions while I am on the lot of the fleamarket. I assume all liability and responsibility for my canopy, tent, or umbrella and agree to secure it as not to enable wind or other factors to allow the shade structure to hurt any other vendors or fleamarket attendees.
